Domaine Louis Latour di Aloxe-Corton
Fondata nel 1797 ad Aloxe-Corton, la Maison Louis Latour è una delle realtà storiche della Borgogna, gestita ininterrottamente dalla famiglia Latour per undici generazioni. Il Domaine Louis Latour comprende circa 50 ettari di vigneti di proprietà situati principalmente nella Côte d'Or, con una presenza significativa in denominazioni come Aloxe-Corton, Beaune e Bonnes-Mares. L'azienda opera sia come proprietario terriero sia come négociant-éleveur, mantenendo il controllo su diverse parcelle classificate come Premier Cru e Grand Cru.
La produzione si concentra sui vitigni Pinot Noir e Chardonnay, seguendo metodi di vinificazione che mirano alla conservazione delle caratteristiche varietali e del terroir. La cantina di Château Corton Grancey, costruita nel 1834, è utilizzata per la lavorazione delle uve provenienti dai vigneti circostanti. L'azienda gestisce internamente anche una propria tonnellerie per la fabbricazione delle botti in rovere destinate all'affinamento dei vini.
